Payment handling

We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days.

We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you.

This does not affect any other rights you may have.


All items will be posted using Royal Mail special delivery next working day delivery, or similar postage service.

Europe and other parts of the World
All items will be posted using a combination of Royal Mail and Royal Mail Airsure or similar for small items and DHL, FedEx or similar delivery service for larger items.

There is no charge for collection from us.
Customers can choose to collect their goods in person by mutual agreement of a convenient date and time.

Delivery information

Goods will be despatched on completion of payment.

If you chose to have the goods delivered, we will include a delivery  charge on your invoice. This includes packing, insurance in transit and delivery costs. All packaging is to a high professional standard.

Where possible we will inform you immediately of any known or expected delays.

Risk in the goods passes on collection or on delivery of the goods to the address stated in your order.

Returns policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, MIAR Ceramics and Arts will gladly accept a return for refund, provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from the date you received delivery.
